Please arrive 10 minutes before your time slot to unpack and tune. The previous performance may still be wrapping up when you arrive.

- your instrument (and any necessary accessories)
- your music
- friends and family
- a dish to share afterwards (optional but recommended 😊)
- money for purchase of beverages (kid-friendly and adult-friendly beverages) and Amped merchandise
- cash donation for the Sons of Norway for having us!

Performance Etiquette

Recitals are a good learning experience for the performers as well as the listeners! Here are some tips on being a good attendee and performer:​

• This venue will be a mix of "recital-formal" and "lounge-casual", so while there will be seating for attendees, there will also be to space to stand, walk around, get drinks and snacks, and chat quietly during the performance.
• Performers, please state your name and the title of your piece before performing. Please bow after your performance.
• Performers are encouraged to dress appropriately, comfortably, and in a way that expresses the mood and style of their piece. (Example, an outfit with more "attitude" may fit a rock song performance.)
• Please silence your phone.
• You can read this article for more detailed tips (it will be catered towards more formal performances).
