ABOUT STEVE​ (he/him)
Based in Fargo, ND, Steve is a versatile musician with over two decades of experience in both performance and music education. A graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead with a Bachelor of Music in jazz guitar studies, Steve has played with numerous bands across the Midwest, including the Johnson Family Band, Inside Out Strings, and Diane Miller & the Silver Daggers. He is currently performing with the bluegrass group Kohlrabi Soup, bringing his deep expertise and passion for music to every endeavor.

WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT MUSIC?
I love how music can transport me to another world; it has this way of instantly bringing up memories and injecting different feelings straight into my soul. I also love how it brings people together to create meaningful memories and a sense of community.

WHAT DO YOU DO FOR FUN?
In my free time, I like to be with my two kids, Braxton (8) and Zinnia (5). We like to play games, go on bike rides, and have dance parties. I also enjoy cooking delicious meals, watching movies or binge-watching shows, and sometimes getting to play on the Nintendo Switch when my son isn't playing Fortnite.
