Room 1: The Creator’s Study

✅Best for: Practice, study, and digital work. A bright, focused environment with plenty of desk space.
✨Amenities: 10’ Large table, iMac, electric drumset, 88-key weighted action digital piano, TV with Chromecast, big window with natural light, and smart speaker.

Room 2: The Guitarist's Den

✅Best for: Guitarists, bassists, and songwriters. Plug in and play! 🎸
✨Amenities: Acoustic & electric guitars, bass, ukuleles, amplifiers, multi-effects pedal, synthesizer, desk, and natural light.

Room 4: The Vocal & Piano Suite

✅Best for: Solo vocalists and pianists. A private, quiet space to perfect your scales or rehearse. 🎤
✨Amenities: 88-key weighted action digital piano, 2 wireless microphones, and smart speaker.

Room 6: The Rehearsal Hub

✅Best for: Full band rehearsals and recording prep. Fully equipped with for a band! 🥁
✨Amenities: PA with 8-channel mixer, 2 microphones, Alesis electric drum kit, iMac, 88-key digital piano, guitar & bass amps, and large whiteboard.

Room 7: The Grand Ensemble Room

✅Best for: Group rehearsals, piano practice, and small workshops. Our largest space!
✨Amenities: Acoustic Baldwin Upright Piano, (5) 88-key weighted digital pianos, 8-channel mixer, TV with Chromecast, desk, small couch, and beautiful natural light.

The Lobby: The Community Stage

✅Best for: Networking, "Tiny Desk" style performances, and creative meetups. ☕
✨Amenities: 9-section couch, 65” Chromecast TV with surround sound, coffee and tea bar, additional seating, music library, children's books and toys, and large windows.

Booking & Discounts

• How do I book a room? All bookings are done easily through our online portal. Select your room, date, and time, and you’ll receive an instant confirmation and reminder!
• How do I get my Student or Teacher discount? Current AMPED students receive 25% off and teachers receive 50% off. Check the Staff Discord or your Family Portal for your exclusive promo code to use at checkout! 🎟️
  
• Can I reschedule or get a refund? To keep our downtown studio organized, all bookings are final. We do not offer refunds or reschedules for unused time.
  

The Space & Amenities

• Is there a limit on how many people can be in a room? Yes! To keep things comfortable:
  • Rooms 1, 2, 4: Max 3 people.
  • Rooms 6 & 7: Max 6 people.
  • Lobby/Whole Studio: Max 25 people.
• Do I need to bring my own gear? Our rooms are "Plug & Play!" We provide amps, digital pianos, music stands, and more. Check the specific room description for the full gear list. 🎸
• Is there WiFi and coffee? Yes! High-speed WiFi is free for all renters. We also offer free coffee and tea in the lobby. Snacks and sodas are available for purchase via cash or Venmo. ☕
  

Studio Policies

• Can I bring food or drinks? Water is welcome everywhere! However, no food, gum, or colored drinks are allowed inside the lesson rooms to protect our instruments. Please enjoy your snacks in the lobby.
• What if I’m running late? Your rental starts and ends at your booked time. Please be respectful of the musician or worker who may have the room booked immediately after you!
• Are children allowed? We love young musicians! However, anyone under 14 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. 👪
• Can I teach my own private lessons here? Our rentals are for personal practice, rehearsal, and study only. Conducting outside business or paid events is not permitted without prior written consent from Admin.

• Is the space secure? Yes, we have onsite security cameras active 24/7 for the safety of our community and equipment.
