LESSON POLICY BASICS

LESSON TIME & TUITION
Lessons are set up once a week every week at the same reserved time and day. The tuition fee is the same each month and equally divided over a 3-month quarter. While the number of lessons in a month may fluctuate, each quarter has the same number of scheduled lessons. Follow our Calendar for scheduled breaks.

CANCELLATIONS
Missed lessons are inevitable and, therefore, have been taken into account in the overall cost of tuition. No makeups, credits, or refunds are given for missed lessons.
​Students may request an emailed video lesson or Zoom lesson if the lesson is cancelled in advance.

AUTOPAY BILLING
Lessons are paid for at the beginning of the month for the flat-rate monthly tuition. Accounts are set up on easy Auto-Pay and charged on the 1st of each month.
There is a $40 registration fee upon registration to cover administrative and material costs for new students.
